Are the characters rigged?

Every product whose title says “Rigged” includes a full body rig. Rigged models can be animated directly or through tools such as Mixamo. Vehicles and the environment pack are not rigged.

What file formats do I get?

An FBX file plus the textures in PNG and JPG. FBX opens in Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Maya, 3ds Max and Cinema 4D, among others.

Which software are the models made with?

Blender. It is free, it keeps the models easy to edit, and you can adjust meshes, textures, UVs and rigs without buying any extra software.

Why are so many characters undressed?

Because they are base meshes: clean, rigged bodies meant to be dressed and customized for your own project. Products marked “With outfit” come with clothing already modelled.

Which licence applies?

The ArtStation Standard Use License. You can use the models in your own games, animations and commercial projects; you cannot resell or redistribute the files themselves. The full terms are on each product page.

How do I buy and download?

Each “View on ArtStation” button opens the product page in Octonove’s ArtStation store. Pay there and you get an immediate download link.

Can you make a custom character or outfit?

Yes. Octonove designs characters on request: low-poly characters for PC and mobile, cartoon or realistic styles, face rigging, or a specific outfit for one of the characters in the store. Custom designs start at $180.
